The user guarantees that (a) the information is true, accurate, current and complete and (b) (s)he will update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.   2.  Member conduct: a) Upon registering, the user will receive a user name and a password, which must be kept confidential.     The user agrees to (a) log-out at the end of each session and (b) immediately notify Rolex of any     unauthorized use of the password or user name or any other breach of security. b) The content of the www.rolexawards.com press room is protected by copyright.     The user agrees to use the press room content (text, image, audio or video) only in the context of     describing the programme and to acknowledge the copyright. Any dispute arising with respect to or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and with the use of the Press Room shall be referred to the ordinary courts of the Canton of Geneva.
